- Charming Movers and Logistics does not transport prohibited or illegal goods (e.g., firearms, drugs, etc.).
- If you reschedule your move, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
- If you cancel after our team has already arrived, you’ll be required to cover fuel costs and basic service charges.
- Packing will only begin if a responsible representative is present at your premises.
- Please notify property management, caretakers, or security personnel in advance to avoid unnecessary delays. Waiting charges may apply otherwise.
- Valuables such as currency, cheque books, bonds, jewelry, watches, iPads, and mobile phones will not be packed by our team.
- Be present during the move to guide the team or appoint a responsible representative.
- Ensure your new premises are ready (no wet paint, cleaned, and free of other ongoing works) before the move.
- Pack essential items such as cash, medication, car keys, and personal documents separately before the movers begin.
- We only unpack items that our team has packed.
- Please note that we are not insured. For extra protection, kindly insure your move.
